1 Defined Terms

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register an Account and use the mas88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for the duration of your Account:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. mas88 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, access, or use the Platform in any capacity.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or partnership) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
3. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be classified as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or be subject to any sanctions list maintained by an international regulatory authority.
5. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed with mas88 or any other gambling platform operating a shared self-exclusion register.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
7. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information. The submission of false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any Balance or Bonus Funds.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or a different name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or residential address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document)
• Date of birth (confirming you are 21 years of age or older)
• Valid email address
• Indonesian mobile telephone number
• Preferred bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawals
• A username and secure password of your choosing

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. mas88 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

mas88 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account has been used in violation of this Agreement, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

4 Payment Methods & Processing

All transactions on the mas88 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). No currency conversion is applied. The following payment methods are accepted:

• Indonesian Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation of receipt by the Platform's payment processor. The majority of deposit transactions are confirmed within 1–5 minutes during standard WIB operating hours. mas88 does not charge any deposit processing fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which mas88 accepts no liability.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests by verified Account holders are typically processed within 5–30 minutes during WIB operating hours. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the mas88 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

KYC Requirement: mas88 reserves the right to request full KYC verification — including a copy of a government-issued identity document (KTP or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method — before processing any withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary. Withdrawal requests will be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

Minimum & Maximum Amounts: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are always visible at the point of transaction.

5 Bonus Terms

mas88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins (or free-spin credit equivalents), and referral bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• One bonus per Player: Only one active bonus may be held in a Player's bonus wallet at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x). This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each individual promotion page.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement clearance. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games, video poker, and sports bets contribute at a lower rate (specific contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's full terms).
• Expiry: All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Withdrawable Winnings: Winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: mas88 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms contrary to their intended purpose.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Indonesian residents who are 21 years of age or older. mas88 reserves the right to exclude specific Players or Player segments from any promotion at its discretion.

6 General Game & Betting Rules

All games and betting products offered on the mas88 Platform — including slots, live casino, sportsbook, video poker, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, which are displayed within the game interface or betting market. The following general provisions apply across all products:

• Provably Fair: All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games on the Platform — including slots and video poker — operate on certified, independently audited random number generation technology. Game outcomes are not influenced by any external factor, including the size of the Player's bet or Account Balance.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real time via video stream. Results are determined by actual physical outcomes (card draws, roulette wheel spins) and are not subject to computational manipulation by mas88.
• Sportsbook: Sports betting markets are offered on a wide range of events including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia international fixtures. Odds are displayed in the format selected by the Player and may be subject to change up until the commencement of an event. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are supported subject to the minimum leg count and other conditions displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Togel: Togel draw results are determined by the official results published by the licensed lottery operator for each respective draw (e.g., Singapore Pools for Togel Singapore). mas88 does not control or influence draw outcomes.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or interruption during a game round or live event, mas88 reserves the right to void any affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Account Balance. Where a game round was completed in full prior to the malfunction, the recorded result shall stand.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all products and are displayed within each game or betting market. Stakes outside these limits will not be accepted.

7 Responsible Gaming Obligations

mas88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. The Platform provides the following tools, all accessible from within your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set by the Player at any time. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds for any defined time period. Once a loss limit is reached, no further bets may be placed until the limit period resets or a reduced limit takes effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automated session duration reminders to alert them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the Account remains accessible for the sole purpose of processing pending withdrawals; no deposits or bets may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players wishing to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may submit a self-exclusion request via the Account dashboard or by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

8 Prohibited Actions & Enforcement

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mas88 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Balance and Bonus Funds, and where warranted, referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account credentials
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players
• Colluding with other Players in live casino, poker, or any game format where such collusion would influence outcomes
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to generate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions; any such winnings will be voided
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or systematically exploiting promotional terms in bad faith
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions
• Any conduct that mas88 reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, or threatening toward Platform staff or other Players

9 Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the mas88 Platform — including but not limited to software, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, text, and user interface designs — is the proprietary intellectual property of mas88 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content. Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may infringe applicable intellectual property laws.

10 Liability Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mas88 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of winnings, revenue, profits, data, or opportunity arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's availability, including as a result of scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, sports data, lottery results, or any other information displayed on the Platform
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mas88 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. Nothing in this clause shall limit mas88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Data Handling

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by mas88 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary: mas88 collects only the personal data necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with anti-money laundering obligations, and deliver customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is stored on encrypted servers and handled in accordance with internationally recognised data protection principles.

12 Changes to These Terms

mas88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where applicable law requires a specified notice period. The most current version of this Agreement is always accessible at mas88.lat/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision was published.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request closure of your Account by contacting support.

13 Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

mas88 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mas88 holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and mas88, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the relevant licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Indonesia or any other applicable jurisdiction in which those rights cannot be contractually waived.
